Arrived vs. every other event tool
Arrived is built for making an entrance. Your guests feel the event from the first invite they open, and you run the rest from the same place, right through to check-in.
Pick what you’re comparing us to
Most event tools fall into one of three camps. Here’s what each does well, and why teams go looking for something else.
All-in-one event platforms
Best for
Big conferences that want registration, badging and onsite in one system
Why teams look elsewhere
- Months of onboarding before the team feels at home in it
- Limited design customization for your event page
- Hidden fees that stack up
Where Arrived is different
Design it any way you picture it
Add animation, motion effects or a layout nobody else has. We’ll make sure the page looks as good as the event itself.
Run it end to end
Manage attendees, budgets, reports and analytics in one place, from the first invite to the badge at the door.
A hand when you need one
Happily’s network of 70,000+ event specialists is there when you need a designer, a coordinator or a check-in crew.

Event management platform questions, answered
Updated September 2026.
The best event management platform for a small or mid-sized team is one you can use without training that doesn’t charge per registrant. Arrived is built for that: a designed event website, registration, reminder emails, check-in and reporting in one app. The free plan covers unlimited events, and Arrived Pro is $59 a month, billed annually.
Arrived is an alternative to enterprise event platforms for teams that want an event website, registration, check-in, badges and reporting without an annual five-figure contract. There’s no implementation fee and no training period. When you need people as well as software, Happily’s network of 70,000+ event specialists covers design, coordination and onsite check-in.

Card processing applies on every platform; on Arrived it’s Stripe’s standard fee.
Arrived is an event website builder that designs the page around your event, using your brand colors, fonts, images and animation instead of a fixed template, and guests register right on the page. Brand customization is on the free plan. Arrived Pro adds a custom domain for your site and emails, custom registration fields and social sharing previews.
Arrived includes event check-in from any browser on every plan, including the free plan. Arrived Pro connects to Arrived check-in kiosks, and the Teams plan lets you buy and customize badge printing kiosks. Badges carry the same design as your event website, and Happily can send an onsite crew to run check-in on the day.
Yes. Arrived’s free plan includes unlimited branded event websites and unlimited registrations, with no time limit.
